Refund policy summary: once DoneHalo approves and publishes a paid profile, the one-time activation fee is generally non-refundable if the professional later changes their mind or asks to remove the profile. Customers do not pay a registration fee. A verified customer account is required to unlock protected professional contact details and send profile-specific requests.
No surprise provider subscription
The current professional plans are one-time profile activation fees. If DoneHalo introduces any optional recurring or transaction-based service later, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase.
